Hi, I'm Claudia. I am from Vancouver in BC, Canada and am 21 years old. Welcome to my travel blog!
This space is where I will be documenting my exchange to London from January to June 2015. I am attending a design school in Kent, which is a region 45 minutes outside of the city. I study fashion design and this semester my courses focus on the fashion industry in London as well as couture draping techniques. While I study I will be traveling around Europe a little, including to Dublin, Glasgow, Paris, and visiting friends in Helsinki and Berlin.
With this blog I hope to inspire students who are thinking about going on exchange and those who are already planning their trips. Reading about other bloggers' experiences helped me to get a better perspective of what an exchange would be like and things I would need to prepare. I will share my journey, things I learn at school, and mostly my traveling struggles, successes and advice.
